Sex Positive Parenting

Let's get right to it - we want to be able to show up for difficult and messy conversations about sex and relationships with our kiddos, but maybe we don't know where to start because we weren't given the tools. 


So let's start the conversation. I have been working in sex positive spaces for over 10 years, and would love to share tools, tips and support with you. 


Two options to join: one virtually and one in person. You can come to one or both. 


$50.00/session - sliding scale available. 


Virtual (on Zoom): Thursday September 11th, 5:30-7. 

In person (around a fire): Thursday September 18th, 5:30-7.

A place to remember that we can dance for ourselves, that our bodies are ours, and that community is built when we are open and vulnerable and raw. Bring your sass, your ass, all of your gender expressions, your body with all of its wiggles and jiggles and curves and cellulite. Wear your heels or don't. Wear what you feel most comfy moving in.


No dance experience required.

Do you want to build a healthy relationship with your fight response, your anger, your rage? Have you been told to be quiet, to not get mad, to suck it up and shut up? Are you afraid of what might happen if you let your anger out? 


Are you rageful about the state of the world, about the injustice and hardship, about inequality in your relationships and society? Do you want a place to be able to feel your anger with no judgement or being told shoving it back inside? 


Then this group is for you. A 3 part workshop for acknolwedging your anger, making space for it, using movement, art, words and connection to process it and express it. Ending with a one hour boxing lesson to learn a new skill for befriending our fight response

Have you been hearing things about psychedelic therapy and you're getting curious? Wondering what it means to microdose, or macrodose, or what a "hero's" dose means? 


Are you someone who has done it and want to share your experience? Curious about what is coming next? 


I would love to hold space for a circle of questions, sharing, curiosity, and experience around what this is and what it can be in our community.  


We are always looking for more, and new ways to heal and to build new relationships with ourselves and those around us. 


Let's gather on the Equinox, under a full moon and talk about all things connected to psychedelic therapy.

Healthy Sexuality for all Genders

Have a group of folks of any age that want to learn about their body, their sexuality, and how to have great sex? Have questions about healthy sexuality? Want basic sexual health information about how to stay safe and connected? Let me build a workshop for your needs! 

Substance Use, Harm Reduction and Connection

Understand more about a harm reduction, trauma-informed approach to substance use. As Johann Hari famously shares: "The opposite of addiction is connection." Learn how to approach substance use with curiosity, non-judgement and compassion, so that folks do not feel more alienated or disconnected from community. 

Body-based therapy

Our bodies hold much of our resilience as well as our trauma. When the conditions are right - i.e. when we feel safe enough - our bodies know exactly what to do and what we need. I would love to share knowledge and tools for getting safely into our bodies and exploring how to move through the trauma that we are holding.

Self-Care as Resistance

We all need a reminder to take care of ourselves sometimes, but do we ever get those reminders in real, tangible ways? Let's explore the idea of self-care as resistance to the systems in which we live *capitalism, patriarchy, colonialism, heteronormativity*. And take away some healing goodies for ourselves. 

Alternative Healing Modalities

Movement, psychedelics, dance, art, nature - there is so much magic around us that can help us heal. Sometimes we need a break from talk therapy. Let's explore the other gifts that can help us heal and move forward in our lives.
