If you have had a recent experience with alternate states, brought on by yoga, meditation, breathwork, or medicines and would like to process it in a community setting. If you would like to find people who are exploring the alternatives to "mainstream" therapies. If you are curious and would like to hear other people's experiences. Come and sit with likeminded folks and share and reflect some important lessons from alternatives kinds of medicine.

If you work with humans, likely the topic of sex and sexuality will arise from time to time. How comfortable are you discussing it? How prepared do you feel for the nuance of certain topics? Join me to talk about all things sex and sexuality. Topics include: values and biases around sex; basic sexual health information; identity around sexuality gender, and relationships; mental health and sexual health and healing from sexual violence. Can be tailored to your needs.

Our bodies store so much - our joy, resilience, pleasure... and also our pain, our patterns, our grief, our trauma, our stress.
In this group we will learn to safely and gently connect with ourselves, our senses, and our surroundings. We will move towards healing, integrating and understanding ourselves. We will learn about how nervous systems and find compassion for our reactions.

Understand more about a harm reduction, trauma-informed approach to substance use. As Johann Hari famously shares: "The opposite of addiction is connection." Learn how to approach substance use with curiosity, non-judgement and compassion, so that folks do not feel more alienated or disconnected from community.
Our bodies hold much of our resilience as well as our trauma. When the conditions are right - i.e. when we feel safe enough - our bodies know exactly what to do and what we need. I would love to share knowledge and tools for getting safely into our bodies and exploring how to move through the trauma that we are holding.
We all need a reminder to take care of ourselves sometimes, but do we ever get those reminders in real, tangible ways? Let's explore the idea of self-care as resistance to the systems in which we live *capitalism, patriarchy, colonialism, heteronormativity*. And take away some healing goodies for ourselves.
Movement, psychedelics, dance, art, nature - there is so much magic around us that can help us heal. Sometimes we need a break from talk therapy. Let's explore the other gifts that can help us heal and move forward in our lives.
